Arckup is a powdered hydration supplement supplied in individual sachets for mixing with water. It contains electrolytes, including sodium and potassium, and is designed for people working in physically demanding environments, including mining, construction and industrial workplaces.
Mix one 4g Arckup sachet with 600 mL of water and shake well. Always follow the directions on your product packaging. Using the correct amount of water ensures the drink has its intended concentration.
Arckup comes in 50-packs of Watermelon, Grape, Mixed Berry, Tropical, Passionfruit and Lemon & Lime, or mixed flavour packs of 50 or 12. Each individually portioned sachet contains 4g of powder.

Yes. Arckup contains 0.4 g of sugar per serving. When mixed with 600 mL of water as directed, the prepared drink contains approximately 0.07 g of sugar per 100 mL. Each serving contains 1.8 g of total carbohydrate.
